Project Manager

Oversees project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining quality and safety standards on-site.

Assistant Project Manager

Supports project oversight, facilitates communication between teams, assists in scheduling and budgeting, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Superintendent

Manages on-site operations, supervises construction activities, coordinates subcontractors, ensures adherence to plans and safety protocols, and maintains project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Support project managers and team members in day-to-day tasks.

Get involved in project planning, site visits, and meetings.

Help prepare project reports and documents

Manage timelines and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.

Conduct research and analysis on construction projects.

Ensure safety and building code compliance.

Key Qualifications:

Enrolled in or a recent graduate of Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Keen interest in construction.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Adaptable to a fast-paced setting.

Basic knowledge of construction principles.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; construction software knowledge is a plus.

Must be legally able to work in the U.S.
